This is a site where I will post black & white photos of people, places and things in the Washington DC Metro Area. In many ways the area holds the heart beat of the nation and a lot of what makes up America is here. Many decisions are made here in Washington that impact every American in the country. It is also a place where many ideas and cultures meet; sometimes in harmony and sometimes not. What I'm trying to do is give people a little peak into what I see and experience each day as I work and live in the city. I hope you enjoy the images.
This is a also a site about the beauty of black and white photography. I am starting this site while I am in the middle of a learning process regarding shooting and presenting black and white pictures. What I learn about the subject I will share others and hopefully others will share with me.
